For whatever reason, Weber renamed the Spirit Genesis line for 2007. I've just bought a new Weber Genesis 3 weeks ago (before the name change) after my last one for 11 years. There is a model and a 3-burner stove model 2. If you read what you're looking to design 2-burner.
Excellent product. 2 burners are more than enough, I do not know why they even have a stove burner 3 model since 3 model is not really much more important. 2 The burner model has enough space for the needs of everyday family grilling and entertaining a group of decent size.
There are enough information on this page of the Amazon and the manufacturer, so let me tell you some things I am for my Weber work best for me.
-- Most important ... continue to fall. Amazon sells a ... coverage. None cornice, it will shorten its lifespan in half at least.
-- Coverage funnel shaped fat dish with foil and change regularly, in the fall if they can catch fire and that's not the taste very good steak.
-- Changing the grease traps regularly available (if not, they started to stink).
Get yourself a wire brush quality and use it before each use ... not after. The introduction of the kitchen just after each use actually protects them against the elements.
-- For each use, once you brush the metal gratings, some cooking oil on some paper towels and wipe the grids.
-- Pre-heat the grill to high rate of at least 5 to 10 minutes, he burns a little left of the cleaning and cooking grids is nice and warm.
-- Start cooking steaks, chops, pieces of meat (even hamburgers ... no, not hot dogs) more than just medium heat for no more than 2 minutes on each side and back to before they cook to your taste. This short searing on each side locks in the taste of your piece of meat.
Cook closed with a lid; normal pieces of meat should not exceed a total of 10 minutes (including the searing).
-- Let your meat to serve until 5 minutes before cutting (or a bite). This locks in the juices, as the juice is too hot when you slice (or bite), they will walk right out of your cut of meat.
